Randall Mains, Owner/CEO A native of the midwest, Randall Mains graduated from Northern Illinois University, then spent 17 years in the Chicago suburbs assisting and eventually running a multi-million dollar not-for-profit radio and TV broadcasting, product publishing and training seminar marketing company. Upon moving to Arizona, he's spent five years assisting numerous charitable and commercial enterprises with their marketing and fundraising needs, specializing in internet related initiatives like email marketing, website development, lead generation, online prospecting, search engine optimization, landing page optimization and pay-per-click advertising. Randall is professionally certified in email marketing and landing page optimization. Randall and his wife Carmel live in Phoenix Arizona. They have three children.
Carmel Mains - CFO and Project Manager Carmel was born in a beautiful, quaint town in Connecticut, where she spent most of her childhood until her family relocated to the shores of Massachusetts during her high school years. Carmel attended and graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois with a degree in Physical Education. She remained in IL and continued with her education, graduating from Rush College of Nursing in Chicago. Carmel has been an Emergency Room RN for over 19 years and still works in this field today. Carmel now joins her husband in his business in the area of Finance and Project Management. Carmel has been an avid athlete her entire life and continues to enjoy running, cross training, hiking, and the beautiful outdoors of Arizona. Her passion is her family and three children, a daughter in college and two sons in high school.		Floyd Allen - Staff Writer A native of Upstate New York, Floyd is both an accomplished Educator and Writer. Having penned four published novels, a dozen or so novellas and hundreds of magazine articles, Floyd has truly earned the title "Wordsmith." As part of the Pathmaker Marketing staff, he brings both professionalism and creativity to the table for each client he works with. Pleased to be teamed with the other talented individuals that make up the Pathmaker staff, Floyd looks forward to serving Pathmaker and its clients for many years to come. Floyd and Clarissa, his wife of thirty-nine years, live in Phoenix. They have three adult children, seven grandchildren with two more on the way in 2011!
Mariz Andrada - Link Builder BuilderBorn in the Philippines, Mariz Andrada holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree with a special emphasis on Management Accounting. She began a lucrative career in Internet Marketing in 2007, and regularly helps Pathmaker get page one listing for its clients in search engines by generating links: local, regional, national, niche and catalogs. She also helps clients with affiliate marketing. Mariz and her husband have three young children.		Pamela Conn - Director of Operations A native of Illinois, Pamela Conn graduated from Northern Illinois University with a double bachelor's degree in marketing and management. Pam worked in the automobile industry for 15 years, working as Office Manager and maintaining the computer network. She simultaneously served on the Illinois Board of Realtors for 10 of those years. Pam enjoys chairing fundraising events for her children's schools, supporting computer labs, buying playground equipment, etc. She currently oversees the marketing and advertising for her family business and loves putting to work her talent for understanding client needs and how to attract them to the websites as a Project Manager at Pathmaker Marketing. Pam resides in St Charles, IL with her husband Tracy and their three children.

Gladys Nejudne - Project Manager Philippines, Gladys holds a Master of Ministry degree from the Union Theological Seminary. She has worked as Executive Secretary to various management executives for 20 years. In 2008, she joined the freelance industry as Virtual Assistant so she can go with her husband, a Pastor, in different ministry works across the country. She also conducts fund raising and mobilization activities for their own local ministries. Gladys incorporates a church perspective to her online expertise as she works with Pathmaker Marketing in various administrative capabilities. Gladys and Raul, her husband, currently reside in Southern Leyte, Philippines. They have 4 children. Their eldest son is in the seminary following the footstep of his father.		Nadine Ortiz - Virtual Assistant Nadine is a Cum Laude graduate with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ateneo de Zamboanga University, a prominent Jesuit school in the Philippines. Contrary to the path she planned, she was blessed with opportunitiesfar different from her forte. She worked in a BPO industry where she climbed the ladder of success from being a customer service representative up to the Process Trainer post. By then, she had been exposing herself to theonline industry through article writing as her part time job. She gained experience as a Professional Nurse in various hospitals in her locale but felt that she wanted to start a different career path. She started to enjoy the field of marketing when she became a Territory Manager in a Pharmaceutical Industry. Later on, she ventured in focusing her time in online marketing as she found herself loving the job. Now, she works on various online marketing tasks as blogging, article writing, email management, and other administrative tasks. Enjoying her independence in a small city in the Visayas region of the Philippines, Nadine still works with passion in building her future and praying for a family of her own soon.
Joseph Pabiona - Coder Joseph is a Computer Science Major from the University of the Philippines. He specializes on websites and systems development. He has worked with various Content Management Systems and E-Commerce platforms. Joseph serves as a web administrator and a photographer in his church and also leads a group of young couples. Joseph and Anne, his wife, lives in Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines. They are blessed with two lovely daughters.		JM Vergara - Designer Growing up with aspirations to embark and succeed in the world of engineering and science, instead, JM was filled with desire for design and programming and prose. A student in Grace Ministerial Academy with an ardent love for God, His Gospel, family, local Church and graphic design. Since finally resigning from being an Engineer in 2008, he pursued his love for design, code, and writing. The break from the Engineering life allowed him more time with things that he is most passionate about. Presently, along with his vocation as a Graphic and Web Designer, he is engaged in studying for the Ministry, whilst intricately engaged in family, Church life and leadership. JM currently lives at the Philippine Islands, Quezon City, near the capital.
